This is a light touch clothed session. Starting with a scalp massage to put you in the alpha wave state of mind, your therapist will lead you thru a guided meditation for you to visualize clearing each chakra in a safe and grounding environment.

Reiki I session

Reiki is a form of japanese energy healing where practitioners act as a conduit to channel “ki” (defined as “universal life force energy”) into a person. During the session, you lie fully clothed on a treatment table while a practitioner lightly places their hands on or just above specific areas of your body. The goal is to balance the flow of "ki" or "chi", which can become blocked by trauma or emotional distress.
